Postage and Shipping 

I aim to dispatch your orders within 72 hours, however, this is dependent on Order numbers, So please allow up to 7 working days for me to prepare and dispatch your order. Please note: Delivery time is on top of the 7 working days. You will receive an email to say your order has been dispatched. I send all my orders fully trackable with Hermes (approx 3-5 day delivery).

If you have ordered a personalised item this will delay your order, this can take 7 to 14 working days to dispatch depending on the number of orders, etc we have.

We use Parcel2go.com for our shipping

We have a standard charge of £3.95 for all parcels

Postage to the UK is Fully tracked (photograph and address included via google maps) with Myhermes, Parcel2go and usually takes 3 to 5 days.

If there are delays in shipping due to the couriers, please then allow 21 days.  If you have not received the parcel after 21 days, please contact us for a replacement or refund. You will find Track your order on my home page for you to track your parcels, This is the same information that I also have.
